For any other IIIT also, with the mentioned rank, it is difficult to get a seat. But, there is a probability that you can get a seat in most of the IIITs in the special rounds.

You can try for rare engineering branches (https://www.igniteengineers.com/rare-engineering-branches/) in the NITs. For example Bio Medical, Bio Tech, Civil in NIT Raipur or NIT Rourkela. You also try for North Eastern NITs. Try for IIIT Bhagalpur or IIIT Manipur.

Both IIIT Guwahati and Sri City are of equivalent status. You can choose the one base on your place preference. The placement of IIIT Lucknow IT is seen to be very good. So, undoubtedly the CS (starting 2019) can be predicted as good.

Since it is a borderline case, You can try for good state government college for her. BIT Meshra can also be a good option both for architecture and other engineering specializations.

Special rounds are kind of unpredictable. You might get a seat, might not be, depending on the availability of seat. I would recommend you to go for an institute where you will surely get a seat.

It is difficult to tell you about the admission possibilities based on EWS rank as NTA has provided EWS category reservation for the first time in JEE Main Entrance Exam.
With your JEE mains rank, you may get a CSE seat in the following institutes. I have mentioned the institutes in my preference order

I an hopeful that you shouls get NIT KKR ECE/IT till the end of counselling. I am even hopeful, you might get NIT KKR CSE as well. NIT KKR Mechanical branch might not be the best but can be considered good. If you have interest in public sectors or automobile industry or a MBA from industrial or production specialization, then you must go for it. You can find good opportunity in CAD industry as well.
Finally, it depends on your interest, where you want to build your career. All the very best!

I am getting ece branch in nit Patna , cse in iiit sri city, ece in iiit jabalpur so which should I opt for?
Also, there is a branch change provision in nit Patna so assuming that I get cs after one year , is it better than iiit’s cse.
My final aim is to do MS from some foreign university uptill the time I move out I need to have decent job opportunity too (placement) ,please suggest the way forward. If there is any other better option then also please suggest

I would suggest you to go for ECE in NIT Patna, and if getting a chance then change to CS over there.

If you are from the North-Eastern states then try for your home state NIT. Otherwise, try state GECs or good private universities.

You can only get Computer Science in the NITs in the North-Eastern states. There is a chance in other new NITs such as NIT Goa, Puducherry or few old NITs such as Raipur, Hamirpur if you belong to the same state.

With your rank, the above colleges may be a little difficult for CS, IT, Mech branch. If any of the above insitute belongs to your home state then there is a fair chance, otherwise may be in later rounds you may get a seat. Feasibility wise, you should try NSIT, IIITDM Jabalpur, PEC Chandigarh.
