    I do not agree with the 1 st statement said by Bill Gates. Because that is not applicable in country like India, Pakistan, Bangladesh etc..

        But you can have a hope if the country has got a fair rule and regulatory system, I mean law and order system. Otherwise, you say how many Indians have become an entrepreneur with their indigenous technology like google, facebook, yahoo, Samsung, Nokia etc. However, we can not say that Indians don’t have the potential to have the idea of indigenous technologies. Otherwise, how is it possible that some Indians have become the head of some leading companies. How many examples of such leading companies are from those countries where there is no fair politics like, Pakistan, Neisseria, Bangladesh, India etc.. But see examples of countries like the south Korea, Japan, China, USA, UK, Russia etc from where nos. of entrepreneurs are there who leads the world with their own developed technologies. So my conclusion is that the statement of Bill Gates will be possible provided a country should have fair politics, Otherwise, one has to gather days for his food and shelter for a person who born poor. For him thinking of about technology is very far away.
